Job Description Job Description Florida Sealcoating LLC is seeking an experienced Asphalt Estimator to manage project cost estimation, bidding, and financial oversight while ensuring successful project execution. This role requires in-depth knowledge of asphalt paving, striping, milling, and roadway construction, with a strong understanding of materials, labor, and equipment costs specific to the asphalt industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in asphalt and paving operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Quality Control & Compliance: Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in asphalt paving, striping, milling, or construction estimating.). Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, materials, equipment, and industry standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and DOT specifications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build client relationships. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Work Location & Travel Requirements: Work is in-person at our Sanford, FL office. Travel to job sites for assessments, client meetings, and crew check-ins is required. Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
