(PTA) degree, active Physical Therapy Assistant license, and 1
years Physical Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants
who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
full-time Physical Therapist Assistant position is available for a
school-based role in Lake County, FL. This opportunity serves
elementary, middle, and high school students, including 1:1
pediatric settings, providing essential therapeutic services
directly within school environments. Ideal candidates will have
prior experience as a PTA in educational settings and be
comfortable fulfilling an itinerant role, traveling to multiple
schools across the district. An active Florida PTA license is
required to qualify for this position. The work schedule aligns
with the districts school calendar, Monday through Friday. Key
Qualifications: Active Florida PTA license Experience working with
students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
Comfortable providing 1:1 pediatric support when needed Ability to
operate as a full-time itinerant therapist, traveling within the
district Primary Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy
services to students on-site across various schools Collaborate
with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student
progress Maintain accurate documentation and treatment plans Adhere
