Position Details:

--- Title: Quality Engineering Manager
--- Location: Mount Dora, FL
--- Shift: M - F, 8am to 5pm
--- Compensation: $80K to $100K + profit sharing

Position Description: Responsibilities include:
--- Collaborating with all areas of the manufacturing process and functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
--- Implement methods/procedures for inspecting, evaluating the accuracy of products and processes.
--- Design and analyze inspection processes and equipment; conduct internal quality assurance reviews of methods and perform statistical analysis for cost and determine responsibility for products and materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
--- Perform root cause analysis, ensure preventive and corrective measures are put in place for non-conforming products.
--- Complete AS9102 FAI's, PPAP's and other customer requirements.
--- Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) and provide final diagnosis in failures.
--- Conduct or lead internal/external audits related to ISO9001/AS9100 quality management systems.
--- Oversee the reporting of On-Time Delivery and Overall Quality to upper management.
--- Manage final inspection, in-process inspection teams.

Requirements:
--- Bachelor's degree level or above
--- ISO9001/AS9100 quality management systems experience.
--- Must have 5 years or more of Quality Engineering experience.
--- Worked in a manufacturing environment, familiarity with the aerospace/defense industry is a plus.
