• Location: BayCare Alliant Hospital - Integrated ICU - Dunedin, Florida
• Status: Full Time
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Occasional weekend requirement
• Exempt from overtime
• On Call: No

    • RN (Registered Nurse) License
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing OR Higher
    • 2-years' RN Acute, Post-Acute, or Sub-Acute experience.
    • BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
    • ACLS certification with the American Heart Association
    • Strongly preferred experience - 1 year of Nursing Leadership
    • Strongly preferred experience - 2-year's RN in ICU
    • Preferred certification - CCRNThe Assistant Nurse Manager and Patient Care Leader - ICU responsibilities and skills:
      • Proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills
      • Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process
      • Proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a brad level of accountability for outcomes
      • Provides 24 hour/7 day accountability care for assigned patients
