Assess and treat patients with breathing disorders and cardiopulmonary issues. Administer and manage ventilation and airway management devices. Collaborate with medical team to establish patient care plans. Conduct diagnostic tests such as measuring lung capacity. Educate patients and families on lung health and treatments. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Participate in clinical rounds and provide feedback on patient progress. Expertise in mechanical ventilation and airway management Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team Excellent communication and patient education abilities Proficiency in using respiratory care equipment and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Active state license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
