looking to make a difference. The Regional Patient Education
Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing
patient education programs across assigned regions to support
high-quality care, patient engagement, and regulatory compliance.
This role ensures patient education materials and initiatives are
accurate, accessible, consistent, and aligned with organizational
goals and standards across multiple locations. Essential Functions
and Responsibilities Develop, manage, and evaluate patient
education programs and materials across assigned regions Ensure all
patient education content complies with regulatory, accreditation,
and organizational standards Partner with regional and site-level
clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams to assess patient
education needs Standardize and oversee patient education
strategies to improve patient understanding, outcomes, and
satisfaction Monitor program effectiveness using data, audits, and
feedback; recommend and implement improvements Provide guidance,
training, and support to staff related to patient education
initiatives and best practices Maintain current, accurate patient
education resources, documentation, and tools Serve as a regional
subject matter expert for patient education standards and
initiatives Support quality improvement efforts related to patient

Training/Advancement opportunities Requirements: Minimum
Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; equivalent
education and experience considered Minimum of 5 years of relevant
healthcare experience Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations,
accreditation requirements, and patient education standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong
organizational, leadership, and project management abilities
Ability to manage multiple initiatives across regions and
collaborate with diverse teams
