Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An
opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist to
support elementary students from PreK through 5th grade at a school
located in Ocala, FL. This contract position runs from February 23,
2026, through May 29, 2026, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5
hours per week across five days. The role includes collaboration
with the current SLP, sharing a caseload of approximately 60-65
students, offering a diverse range of therapeutic support. Key
Responsibilities: Provide speech and language intervention for
students with various disabilities, including general education
speech/language impairments, intensive support spectrum needs,
intellectual disabilities, PreK developmental delays, and assist
students using communication devices. Work collaboratively in a
shared workspace with the existing SLP, ensuring continuity of care
and team support. Design and implement individualized therapy plans
tailored to student needs. Maintain accurate documentation in
compliance with professional and school district standards.
Qualifications: Hold a valid Florida Department of Health license
for Speech Language Pathology. Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
candidates are welcome; comprehensive support will be provided.
Experience working with elementary-aged children (PreK to 5th
grade) preferred. Ability to address a wide range of speech and
language disorders and use augmentative communication devices.
Strong communication and teamwork skills. Location: Elementary
