Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our diverse team of healthcare professionals. As a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to help improve their mobility and manage pain resulting from illness, injuries, or disabilities. Assess patient condition by conducting physical tests and health history. Develop tailored treatment plans based on patient assessments and needs. Implement physical therapy interventions effectively, respecting patient's privacy and comfort. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families on treatments and therapies to support recovery. Maintain patient records and documentation according to regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills. Excellent patient management abilities. Proficient in utilizing physical therapy tools and equipment. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. BLS/CPR certification.
