making a significant impact on the lives of patients. As a Physical
Therapist at Encompass Health, you will play a crucial role in
helping patients achieve their highest level of physical
functionality and quality of life through personalized treatment
plans and rehabilitation programs. Assess patient condition by
reviewing medical history and performing physical examinations to
determine therapy treatment required. Develop and implement
comprehensive rehabilitation programs that focus on improving
patients’ mobility and quality of life. Educate patients and
families about health condition, recovery techniques, and
prevention of further injuries. Document patient care and progress
through detailed reports and maintain accurate health records.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and modify care
strategies based on patient progress and response to treatment.
Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective
patient and team interactions. Ability to work independently and as
part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in using therapeutic
equipment and technology associated with physical rehabilitation.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current
licensure as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state. CPR and
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
