This role requires a detailed understanding of respiratory therapy techniques and the ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment. Assess patient respiratory function and analyze diagnostic testing to provide appropriate care. Implement and monitor respiratory care plans for patients of various ages with respiratory illnesses. Educate patients and families on treatments, interventions, and preventative measures. Manage ventilator support and airway management for critically ill patients. Maintain patient records and comply with healthcare regulations and standards. Proficiency in ventilator management Strong diagnostic and patient monitoring skills Ability to analyze complex diagnostic data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
