Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Quality Technician/Inspector (For quicker response, email resume directly to: JBurchett@aerotek.com) Location: Sarasota, FL Pay Range: $19–$23 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM (occasional weekend work) Quality Inspector – Sarasota, FL We are seeking a detail?oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will ensure that all products meet our high standards for quality, safety, and reliability. You’ll perform inspections, document results, and work closely with production teams to maintain compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Inspect incoming materials, in?process components, and finished products Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Document inspection results and maintain accurate records Identify non?conformances and communicate findings to the quality and production teams Support root?cause analysis and corrective action activities Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency with basic measurement tools Strong attention to detail and problem?solving skills Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting Preferred: Experience in ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments Familiarity with CMMs or advanced inspection equipment Knowledge of GD&T principles experience in aerospace, medical device, or precision manufacturing What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Consistent Monday–Friday schedule Opportunities for skill development and growth Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bradenton, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
