Petersburg, FL Compensation: $240,000 (Base Bonus) with Full

Florida’s most desirable communities. We are seeking a
board-certified Pediatrician to provide outstanding,
patient-centered care at our well-established, high-volume
outpatient clinic in Brandon. This is an excellent opportunity for
a compassionate physician who enjoys working collaboratively in a
fast-paced setting and wants to make a meaningful impact on
children and families. Our team is dedicated to delivering
personalized pediatric care, from routine checkups and
immunizations to sports physicals and developmental support, all
within a warm, family-friendly environment. Position Details Base
Salary: $215,000–$230,000, based on experience and board status
Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $10,000 Total Compensation: $240,000
Schedule: Full-time, outpatient only Daily Patient Volume: 25–30
patients Support Team: Front desk staff, scheduler, certified
medical assistant (CMA), and a full-time ARNP (4 days per week)

after 90 days Qualifications Board Certified in Pediatrics Active,
unrestricted Florida medical license Minimum of 1 year of
outpatient pediatric experience (2 preferred) Strong clinical and
